Reviews say its slightly bitter LIES ITS REALLY BITTER ?? but I just down it as quickly as possible. I do find it curbs my appetite because its quite filling and it helps with bloating! If I can get over the taste I might continue ? Collagen: This one is really goodddd I notice my face doesn't look as tired and my cousins whom I've not met in a long time said I looked glowy too so definitely continuing this one!
