I bought a total of 3 Labubu and one came defected. I asked the seller if I could refund one of it because it was defected, the head was so crooked and this was her reply. It was not a pleasant one. Shoppee was kind enough to help me resolve this problem and refunded the defected one. Yes, it’s not anyone’s fault that it came defected but as a seller you should be responsible instead of sending this kind of reply. Buy at your own risk because this seller is not nice.
