BUT is best if ur shoe is like 1 size too big or missing in sole then use this to help. Bec if ur shoe is just nice ur size then this will take up a lot of space, make ur shoe too tight already.

Can soak awhile with abit of shower gel and water to get rid of smell. One of the best cant get outside very soft and worth the price.

As the padding’s quite thick, it takes up a bit of ‘height’ in the shoes. Shoes might feel tighter if it fits perfectly on its own (without insoles).
